04.23.2020 – Magnolia City Council Passes Resolution Authorizing Lease
MAGNOLIA, ARK. – The Magnolia City Council approved leasing city property located at 2015 Field Road to Amfuel for the company to expand its manufacturing capabilities. Amfuel announced plans to spend $150,000 on renovations and improvements of the building and grounds. Michael Accordino, President, commented, “Amfuel is pleased to return to the 45,000ft² Field Road facility located on 7.5 acres. Previous ownership abandoned the facility. We intend to fully refurbish the facility to support our continued grow.”
